ORDER PROCESSING:

Please allow 4 business days to process your order. You will receive an email to let you know your order is on the way!

If you selected store pickup, an email will be sent when your order is ready. Please reference our operating hours before heading in to pickup your order.

​​DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES:  

We offer $10 flat rate shipping. 

Orders are generally delivered within 2-6 business days from processing.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:

 

At this time we do not offer international shipping. If you are interested in placing a large order, please reach out to us and we might be able to help you out reception@definingdermatology.com

REFUNDS,, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery for all orders delivered to and being returned from the state of Oregon. See our return policy for detailed information.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at reception@definingdermatology.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
